Deep Dive Sessions: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM - Three hour morning session 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM - Three hour afternoon session 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM - Full Day Deep Dive (6 hour) with discretion on when to break for lunch.
LUNCH: Attendees and speakers should plan for lunch during session 3-L1 or 3-L2. Lunch will be available from 11 AM - 1 PM.
In this session science teacher will explore new simulations that will address new concepts found in the 2016 MA Science standards. Simulations will address topics such as the photoelectric effect, wave particle duality, and nuclear reactions. Teachers will explore PhET, Gizmo and other resources online to find appropriate simulations and to design engaging activities.
